We’re proud to carry brands that stand behind the quality of their products. Many of them offer limited warranties, including lifetime coverage on selected items. If you’d like specific information about a brand or product, feel free to contact us.
For warranty claims, you may choose to reach out to us or contact the brand directly—we’re happy to assist and liaise with the brand on your behalf if needed.
Please ensure you have the original receipt or proof of purchase when submitting any warranty claim.
If a product is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, the brand or our team (if applicable) may repair or replace the item at their discretion.
What’s Not Covered
- This limited warranty does not cover:
Products that have been altered or modified - Damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear due to regular use (e.g. fading, scratches, peeling)
Examples of Wear & Tear (Not Covered)
- Surface peeling, fabric fading, or discoloration
- Tears or holes caused by prolonged use
- Deterioration of materials over time
Submitting a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim, please email karriedcsg@gmail.com with
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect(s)
- Your original receipt or proof of purchase
We’ll do our best to get back to you within 3-5 business days. In some cases, we may contact you for additional details or ask that the item be send in for evaluation.
